Book of Colors

Journal Jots:

Write a letter to God, in words and/or pictures share how you feel about His Holiness. Thank Him for paying for your sin and making you clean.

Make a wordless Book:

Make a wordless book out of different colors of felt or construction paper. Discuss the colors and what they represent before accepting Christ and the colors representing ones life after accepting Christ: Before Christ: Black = sin. After Accepting Christ: Red = Jesus' blood, White = Jesus washes our sins away and makes us as white as snow, and Yellow = streets of gold.

The black represents how our hearts looked before accepting Christ - full of sin. Then Jesus' precious blood washed our sins away and made our heart as white as snow (white). The Bible tells us that someday when we are in Heaven with Jesus we will walk the streets of gold (Rev. 21:21, NLT). What a wonderful day when Jesus washes our sins away and makes us clean and pure. Aren't you looking forward to walking the streets of gold in Heaven with Jesus some day?
